We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven E-Commerce Specialist with 3+ years of hands-on experience managing multi-channel marketplaces. The ideal candidate must have a strong grip on platforms like eBay, Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop, and be capable of handling the complete e-commerce lifecycle from product research to order fulfillment and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize seller accounts on eBay, Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop
- Ensure compliance with platform policies and maintain account health
- Conduct in-depth product research to identify profitable and trending items
- Analyze competitors, pricing strategies, and demand trends
- Create high-converting product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, images)
- Perform SEO optimization to improve visibility and ranking
- Plan and manage advertising budgets (PPC campaigns on Amazon, TikTok Ads, etc.)
- Monitor ROI and optimize campaigns for maximum profitability
- Handle end-to-end order processing and fulfillment
- Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers
- Track KPIs such as sales, conversion rate, and customer acquisition cost
- Generate reports and provide actionable insights
- Manage customer queries, feedback, and reviews
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in e-commerce marketplace management
- Deep understanding of the full e-commerce lifecycle
- Experience with product hunting tools and analytics platforms
