Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled e-commerce operator with proven, hands-on mastery of Amazon Seller Central, Noon Seller Lab, and direct-to-consumer (DTC) web platforms. This role is not execution-only; it requires end-to-end ownership of listings, inventory flow, shipment orchestration, sales acceleration, and platform algorithm optimization across multiple marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities (Expert Level):
- Architect, optimize, and maintain high-converting product listings (SEO, A+ Content, variations, compliance, suppressed ASIN recovery) aligned with Amazon A9/A10 and Noon ranking logic.
- Manage complex shipment workflows including FBA/FBM, Noon FBN/FBS, cross-border logistics, SKU mapping, carton optimization, reconciliation, stranded inventory resolution, and forecasting to prevent stock-out or overstock penalties.
- Drive sales velocity and profitability through advanced PPC strategy (Amazon Ads, Noon Ads), bid optimization, search term mining, TACoS/ACoS control, deal mechanics, and promotional stacking.
- Analyze marketplace data deeply (Business Reports, Brand Analytics, Search Query Performance, Buy Box metrics) to make algorithm-aware decisions, not surface-level optimizations.
- Coordinate marketplace operations with e-commerce websites (Shopify/WooCommerce), ensuring pricing parity, inventory sync, conversion optimization, and attribution tracking.
- Identify growth levers through competitor intelligence, category trend analysis, and lifecycle management of SKUs from launch to scale.
Required Expertise (Non-Negotiable):
- Demonstrated advanced operational experience managing Amazon & Noon accounts at scale (multiple ASINs, high order volume).
- Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, compliance policies, and performance health metrics.
- Ability to work autonomously, diagnose account-level issues, and execute growth strategies without step-by-step guidance.
- Data-driven mindset with fluency in dashboards, reports, and performance modeling.
This role is for professionals who already operate marketplaces as a system, not those still learning how they work.
