Job Description
The E-commerce Marketplace Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing our product listings across multiple online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and others. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, SEO, and digital marketing to drive sales and improve our marketplace performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize product listings on various e-commerce marketplaces.

Monitor and analyze marketplace performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth.

Develop and execute strategies to increase product visibility and sales.

Coordinate with the inventory and logistics teams to ensure accurate stock levels.

Handle customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback to maintain a positive seller reputation.

Stay updated on marketplace policies, trends, and best practices.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support promotional campaigns.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing e-commerce marketplace accounts (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.).

Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, SEO, and PPC advertising.

Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of inventory management and order fulfillment processes.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (V lookups, Formulae etc.)
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with tools such as Jungle Scout, Helium 10, or any related tool.

Background in digital marketing or e-commerce management.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Nice-to-Have:

SAP knowledge.

Basic understanding of industrial equipment.
