The Role: As our E-Commerce Specialist, you will be the "engine room" of our sales channels. You’ll move beyond simple data entry to manage the health, visibility, and inventory flow of our entire catalog.

What You’ll Do:

• Command the Marketplaces: Take full ownership of Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Seller Center. You’ll be the first line of defense for suppressed listings and the lead on SEO optimization.
• Master the Supply Chain: Use your Excel skills to ensure we never go out of stock. You'll manage the lifecycle of a product from PO placement to FBA/WFS check-in.
• Analyze & Pivot: You won’t just report numbers; you’ll tell us what they mean. Use VLOOKUPs and PivotTables to identify which SKUs are winning and where we are losing margin.
• Creative Optimization: Collaborate on A+ content and imagery to turn clicks into customers.

What You Bring to the Table:

• The Experience: 1+ years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience (this is a must).
• The Tech Stack: You consider yourself an Excel "Power User."
• The Mindset: You are obsessed with detail. A broken link or an incorrect SKU bothers you.
• The Proximity: You are ready to work on-site with our team in Westville, NJ.

Bonus Points for:

• Experience with Walmart Seller Center or Shopify.
• Knowledge of PPC/Advertising or basic graphic design (Canva/Photoshop).
• Experience with automated repricers or inventory software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
