E-Commerce & Marketplace Specialist (On-Site Only)

Position Overview

Oudlash is seeking a detail-oriented E-Commerce & Marketplace Specialist to support and execute daily operations across our online sales platforms. This role is 100% on-site and focuses on hands-on execution within TikTok Shop, Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, Temu, and Shopify.

The ideal candidate is organized, fast-paced, and comfortable working closely with live commerce, warehouse, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Execution

• Create, update, and maintain product listings across TikTok Shop, Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Temu, and Shopify
• Ensure accuracy of pricing, product details, images, variations, and SKUs
• Monitor listings for errors, policy issues, or platform notifications
• Assist with resolving listing flags, compliance issues, and platform requests

TikTok Shop & Live Commerce Support

• Support TikTok Shop backend setup, product syncing, and live sale readiness
• Assist with live event preparation and post-live reconciliation
• Track affiliate links, commissions, and product performance
• Ensure correct inventory levels before and after live events

Sales & Platform Support

• Assist with promotions, flash sales, and campaign participation
• Monitor daily sales reports and basic performance metrics
• Support keyword updates, SEO optimization, and category placement
• Help maintain platform consistency and accuracy

Inventory & Order Coordination

• Sync inventory across platforms to avoid overselling
• Work on-site with the warehouse team on fulfillment coordination
• Monitor orders, cancellations, returns, and customer issues
• Assist with inventory tracking and replenishment updates

Brand Support

• Ensure listings align with Oudlash branding and standards
• Support product launches, bundles, and updates
• Maintain consistency across all marketplaces

Qualifications

• Experience working with multiple e-commerce platforms
• Hands-on knowledge of:
• TikTok Shop
• Amazon Seller Central
• Walmart Marketplace
• eBay Seller Hub
• Temu Seller Platform
• Shopify Admin
• Comfortable working on-site in a warehouse/live-commerce environment
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Ability to work independently and follow direction
• Experience in beauty, fragrance, or consumer products is a plus
