E-Commerce Merchandiser & Seller Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Merchandiser & Seller Specialist to manage and grow our online sales across leading platforms including Talabat, Noon, Amazon, and Deliveroo. You will own the complete online sales process — from supplier coordination to client fulfilment — and will be directly accountable for driving measurable revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end online sales operations across Talabat, Noon, Amazon, Deliveroo, and other marketplaces.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and clients.
• Create, optimise, and update product listings — titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and keywords — for maximum visibility and conversion.
• Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and prevent listing downtime.
• Plan and execute promotions, discounts, and platform campaigns to drive sales.
• Analyse sales performance, customer behaviour, and competitor activity; produce reports with clear insights.
• Manage pricing, margins, and commissions to protect profitability.
• Handle orders, returns, and customer queries professionally and promptly.
• Stay current with each platform's policies and best practices.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing seller accounts on Talabat, Noon, Amazon, and/or Deliveroo (essential).
• Strong technical skills: seller dashboards, Excel, analytics tools, basic image/content editing.
• Excellent spoken and written English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple SKUs and platforms simultaneously.
• Ability to work under pressure and consistently deliver against targets.
• Self-driven, accountable, and committed.
• UAE experience preferred; valid UAE residence visa is an advantage.
