E-commerce Merchandising Supervisor

About the Role


We are seeking an E-commerce Merchandising Supervisor to join our founding team and lead the planning and execution of ANTA’s online product assortment in the UAE market. This role will focus on product selection, pricing, promotions, and inventory management to ensure a compelling and competitive online shopping experience.


Responsibilities


  • Merchandise Planning : Define and manage the online product assortment for ANTA’s e-commerce channels in the Middle East, ensuring the right product mix and seasonality alignment.
  • Product Presentation : Oversee online product listings, descriptions, images, and categorization to ensure accuracy, appeal, and alignment with ANTA’s brand guidelines.
  • Pricing & Promotions : Develop and implement pricing strategies and promotional plans tailored to the Middle East market to drive sales and competitiveness.
  • Inventory & Stock Management : Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment with supply chain/logistics teams, and ensure optimal availability across platforms.
  • Sales & Performance Analysis : Track sales performance by category, style, and SKU; provide regular analysis and actionable recommendations to improve sell-through and reduce slow-moving stock.
  • Market Insights : Research consumer behavior, competitor assortments, and local e-commerce trends to inform product strategy and positioning.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, logistics, and global merchandising teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and launches.
  • Customer Experience : Collaborate with customer service to ensure product-related issues (e.g., missing info, availability, sizing queries) are resolved quickly.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, E-commerce, Marketing, Merchandising, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in e-commerce merchandising, buying, or category management within retail, fashion, or consumer goods.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, forecast demand, and manage inventory effectively.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, CMS tools, and Excel (pivot tables, sales analysis, reporting).
  • Excellent attention to detail in product presentation, pricing, and assortment planning.
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills


  • Previous experience in sportswear, footwear, or fashion retail merchandising.
  • Knowledge of consumer preferences and online shopping behavior in the UAE/Middle East market.
  • Proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • Passion for sports, lifestyle, and fashion trends.
