E-commerce Officer (Warehouse)

Education:- Minimum Intermediate/Matriculation or equivalent education.

Experience:- 2 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, warehouse operations, or order management

Key Responsibilities:-

• Process and manage online orders received through e-commerce platforms
• Coordinate with warehouse teams for order picking, packing, and dispatch
• Update and maintain order status and tracking information
• Assist in managing inventory records and stock availability
• Ensure accurate data entry and documentation of e-commerce transactions
• Handle basic customer queries related to orders and deliveries
• Coordinate with logistics/courier partners for timely deliveries
• Identify and report order discrepancies or delays
• Support in preparing daily reports and order summaries
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs42,000.00 per month
