E-commerce Operation Executive

We are seeking an E-commerce Operations Executive to manage daily shipping and logistics through portals like ShipGlobal and ShipRocket. Responsibilities include order processing, label generation, shipment tracking, coordination with couriers, and ensuring timely deliveries. The candidate will handle returns, resolve logistics issues, and maintain accurate shipping records. Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, attention to detail, and experience in using shipping portals are essential. Excellent organizational and communication skills are required to ensure smooth operations.
