We are looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented E-commerce Operation Specialistto support the daily operations and growth of our online business. This role offers hands-on experience across marketplace management, digital marketing, influencer partnerships, inventory planning, and performance analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Support the daily operations of Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Manage and optimize product listings, promotions, and marketplace performance.
- Coordinate TikTok creator and affiliate partnerships.
- Assist with TikTok content optimization and social media marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and optimize Amazon Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads campaigns.
- Analyze sales, advertising, and marketplace performance data to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate inventory planning, logistics, and order fulfillment.
- Handle customer inquiries and help maintain excellent account health and customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product launches and business growth.
Requirements:
- Verbal and Written Mandarin Chinese is required
- Strong sense of urgency and ownership
- Engage in interactive dialogue with customers through active listening
- Detail-oriented and analytical problem-solving skills
- Strong in multitasking
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Must be dependable, responsible, with reliable attendance
- Ability to successfully handle multiple tasks and work in an organized and self-supervised manner
- Bachelor or equivalent work experience
