Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and versatile individual to work both on our online e-commerce platform and physical store inventory logistics. This critical role ensures a seamless flow of products from our stocked inventory to the customer's doorstep and maintains a high-quality online shopping experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses excellent organizational and technical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day e-commerce platform operations, including product listings, inventory updates, and order processing to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Utilize SEO tools and conduct keyword research to optimize product descriptions, titles, and metadata for improved search engine rankings.
- Develop and implement conversion optimization strategies to increase online sales and improve user engagement through A/B testing and performance analysis.
- Create compelling content for product pages, social media campaigns, email marketing, and promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.
- Manage social media marketing efforts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to boost brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Design graphics and edit images using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite to enhance visual appeal of online content.
- Monitor website analytics with Google Analytics and other tools to track performance metrics, identify trends, and refine marketing strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on SEM (Search Engine Marketing) campaigns using Google Ads and Google AdWords to maximize reach and ROI.
- Support the integration of marketing automation tools and content management systems like WordPress for streamlined content publishing.
- Collaborate on B2B marketing initiatives to expand partnerships and grow wholesale channels within the e-commerce ecosystem.
Requirements
_ Shipping and Receiving_
- Manage all incoming and outgoing shipments of inventory and supplies.
- Unload trucks and deliveries.
- Manage inventory within backstock and showroom floors for efficient storage and order picking, conduct regular cycle counts, and inventory audits.
_ Website Management_
- Manage ecommerce operations, including updating product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Monitor website functionality, performance, and user experience.
- Troubleshoot issues with IT and web development teams.
- Manage online customer service inquiries related to orders, shipping, and returns with a focus on high-level customer satisfaction.
Skill Set
- Strong computer skills, data entry, and spreadsheets.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift / move items up to 50lbs (ammo / pallet deliveries).
