We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations & Customer Support Executive to manage our Shopify store and ensure smooth online operations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Shopify, strong organizational skills, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update products, pricing, inventory, and collections on Shopify
- Process daily orders, generate order confirmations and packaging slips
- Maintain accurate tracking records and coordinate with courier partners
- Provide prompt and professional customer support via email, chat, and phone
- Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds efficiently
- Track store performance and prepare simple operational reports
- Assist with sales promotions, campaigns, and product launches
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing a Shopify-based store
- Knowledge of order fulfillment, packaging, and shipping workflows
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & Urdu)
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel preferred
