Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and process customer orders with regular follow-ups and confirmations .
• Coordinate and oversee dispatch operations.
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain order records and update tracking details.

• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms
• Freshers with strong organizational skills are welcome
