E-commerce Operations Executive

About Us We’re building an early-stage packaging-focused e-commerce initiative serving online brands and businesses. This is not a support role — it’s an execution-heavy, ownership-driven position where you help build systems, vendors, and workflows from day one. If you understand how packaging moves through an e-commerce operation and want to grow into a builder’s role, this is for you. What You’ll Do (End-to-End Ownership) E-commerce Order Operations Manage packaging orders from inquiry → quotation → order confirmation → production → delivery Track order timelines, dependencies, and fulfilment milestones Coordinate between clients, factories, and logistics partners Ensure accurate order execution for custom and repeat SKUs Packaging, Inventory & Vendor Coordination Coordinate with packaging manufacturers, printers, and material suppliers Track SKU-wise packaging inventory, production schedules, and replenishment Handle samples, pilot runs, production follow-ups, and dispatches Support vendor onboarding and day-to-day commercial coordination Fulfilment, Logistics & Quality Control Coordinate dispatches and last-mile delivery with logistics partners Track delays, damages, RTOs, and replacements Ensure packaging quality meets e-commerce handling and transit standards Flag issues early and drive resolution with factories Client & Brand Coordination Understand brand requirements, order volumes, and usage patterns Convert requirements into clear production and fulfilment specs Handle revisions, reorders, and scale-ups smoothly Act as the bridge between brand expectations and packaging execution Process & Business Building Maintain operations trackers (orders, vendors, timelines, costs) Help set up simple SOPs and workflows for repeat operations Identify opportunities to improve cost, speed, and reliability Approach the role with a business-owner mindset What We’re Looking For 1–3 years experience in e-commerce operations, packaging operations, or supply chain roles Exposure to packaging products (corrugated boxes, mailers, labels, tapes, etc.) Experience coordinating with vendors, factories, or fulfilment partners Strong follow-up, communication, and execution skills Comfortable working in an early-stage, evolving environment

Job Types: Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹34,128.00 per month
