E-commerce Operations Intern

<Job Summary>
Double Eleven International Inc. is a trading company based in Irvine, California. We own our proprietary brand TACLAB and sell our products to customers worldwide through platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, eBay, and Etsy, while actively expanding our wholesale channels.

Our products are well received by consumers due to their excellent design, reliable quality, and strong alignment with customer needs. As our business continues to grow, we are currently seeking to hire an E-commerce Operations Intern.

This position is open to recent graduates with little or no prior work experience, as well as current college students who are eager to gain hands-on internship experience.

<Duties>

• In this role, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
• After-sales support, including handling customer service requests such as returns and exchanges.
• Order packing and fulfillment. We ship orders every business day, so you should be able to pack shipments efficiently (approximately 100 orders per day on average).
• Website SEO optimization, including writing articles and other content during available time to improve the website’s organic search visibility.
• Other operational and administrative tasks as needed.

• Strong English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to professionally handle customer after-sales inquiries via email and phone, including returns, exchanges, and general support requests.
• Good English writing skills, with the ability to use a mobile phone or camera to capture basic photo materials, and independently create written and visual product reviews or explanations. This content will help promote the brand across platforms such as Reddit and the company website blog, improving search engine visibility and increasing organic traffic.
• Proficiency in common office and business software, such as Pages, Numbers, CRM systems, and other related productivity tools.
• Basic familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, eBay, or Etsy is a plus, but not required.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt, with a strong interest in e-commerce operations and brand development.
