E-Commerce Operations & Inventory Executive

About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to manage our digital product catalog. You will be responsible for the "production line" of getting our rug inventory online: capturing clear images of the products, editing them for clarity, and creating accurate listings on Shopify and international marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Listing (Primary Task):

• Create and manage listings on Shopify, Etsy, eBay, Amazon and more.
• Write accurate titles and technical descriptions (size, material, origin) in proper English.
• Ensure all listings are categorized correctly for UK/International buyers.

Digital Inventory Management:

• Handle "huge" inventory data using Microsoft Excel.
• Use VLOOKUP and other formulas to reconcile stock levels.
• Ensure that what is sold on one platform is immediately updated on others.

Product Imaging:

• Take clear, standard record shots of products (rugs) using a smartphone or standard camera.
• Edit images in Photoshop: Crop, resize, and adjust brightness/contrast so the product looks accurate.
• Note: This does not require artistic photography, but photos must be sharp and clear.

Requirements:

• Excel (Advanced): Must be fast and accurate with spreadsheets.
• Photoshop: Ability to quickly clean up and resize images.
• E-Commerce: Experience listing on Shopify or Seller Central (Amazon/Etsy) is a major plus.
• Language: Good written English is mandatory for creating titles and descriptions.
• Organization: Capable of handling data for thousands of unique items without mixing them up.

Experience Requirements (Mandatory): You must have at least 2 years of professional experience in the following specific areas:

• 2+ Years in E-Commerce Listing: Proven experience listing products on Shopify, Etsy, eBay, or Amazon.
• 2+ Years in Excel: Professional experience managing large datasets (inventory records) using VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• 2+ Years in Photoshop: Experience editing product images for commercial use.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
