Job Responsibilities:
1.Manage overall operations for the company’s products on Noon, including listing, pricing, inventory, logistics, and promotions.
2.Analyze sales and traffic data to optimize product titles, keywords, images, and descriptions to improve visibility and conversion rate.
3.Plan and execute Noon promotional campaigns (Big Deals, Flash Sales, etc.) with clear marketing strategies and budget control.
4.Monitor competitors and market trends to develop pricing strategies and new product recommendations.
5.Coordinate warehousing, shipping, and after-sales processes to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
6.Communicate effectively with Noon account managers for store optimization, paid ads, and campaign participation.
7.Prepare regular sales and ROI performance reports to achieve operational and revenue targets.
Requirements:
1.Proven experience managing stores on Noon and strong understanding of platform rules, algorithms, and marketing tools.
2.Candidates who have previously worked at Noon or maintain relationships with Noon account managers are highly preferred.
3.Experience with the MENA e-commerce ecosystem (Noon, Amazon AE, Namshi, etc.) and understanding of local consumer behavior.
4.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
5.Fluent English communication (Arabic language skills are a plus).
6.Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks across teams.
7.Experience using ChatGPT, Excel, Power BI, or ERP systems for data analysis is an advantage.
