E-Commerce Opration Manager

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations, including order processing, inventory management, and logistics coordination to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies for conversion optimization to maximize sales and improve user engagement across digital channels
  • Utilize SEO tools and conduct keyword research to enhance website visibility and organic traffic growth
  • Oversee content creation and management on platforms such as WordPress and content management systems to ensure compelling product listings and promotional materials
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns using Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and marketing automation tools to boost traffic and sales
  • Monitor website analytics with Google Analytics and other SEO tools to analyze performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and report on key KPIs
  • Collaborate with graphic designers using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and HTML/CSS skills for creating engaging visual content that aligns with brand standards
  • Manage social media marketing efforts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
  • Optimize website performance through technical improvements such as JavaScript, SQL queries, HTML/CSS adjustments, ensuring fast load times and mobile responsiveness
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including content creators, developers, and customer service to streamline operations and enhance overall user experience

Skills

  • Proficiency with SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads (AdWords), SEM strategies, and marketing automation platforms
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as WordPress or other content management systems
  • Expertise in conversion optimization techniques to improve sales funnel efficiency
  • Skilled in social media management across various channels including Facebook Advertising and content creation tools like Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Technical proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL for website customization and troubleshooting
  • Excellent copywriting skills for compelling product descriptions, email marketing campaigns, and promotional content
  • Ability to analyze data effectively using analytics tools to inform strategic decisions
  • Experience in B2B marketing strategies tailored for online marketplaces
  • Knowledge of digital marketing best practices including performance marketing tactics across multiple channels
