E-commerce Order Processing & Customer Confirmation Executive (Shopify)

Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to manage order confirmations and fulfillment for our growing e-commerce store. The role involves calling customers to confirm orders, processing them through Shopify, booking shipments via courier portals, and ensuring accurate packing and dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Confirmation
• Call customers to confirm online orders (Cash on Delivery & prepaid)
• Verify order details such as size, color, address, and contact information
• Handle basic customer queries professionally
• Order Processing (Shopify)
• Manage incoming orders via Shopify dashboard
• Update order statuses after confirmation
• Maintain accurate records of confirmed, cancelled, and pending orders
• Courier Booking
• Book shipments using courier portals (e.g., Leopards, TCS, Call Courier, etc.)
• Generate shipping labels and ensure correct order mapping
• Track shipments when required
• Order Fulfillment & Packing
• Pick and pack products carefully according to order details
• Ensure packaging quality meets brand standards
• Attach shipping labels and prepare parcels for dispatch
• Coordination
• Communicate with team members regarding stock or order issues
• Report daily order status and issues to management

Requirements

• Prior experience in e-commerce, order processing, or customer support is preferred
• Basic understanding of Shopify (training can be provided if needed)
• Familiarity with courier booking portals is a plus
• Good communication skills in Urdu (basic English is a plus)
• Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to handle workload during peak order days
• Basic computer skills (Excel, browser usage, etc.)

Working Hours

• 8:30am to 5:30pm
• 6 days a week
