Job Summary:
The Senior Executive – Performance Marketing will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. The role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on campaign management experience, and a performance-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions), and implement data-driven optimizations.
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and achieve business objectives.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audiences to improve performance.
- Coordinate with creative, content, and design teams for ad copies, visuals, and campaign assets.
- Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards with actionable insights for management.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to recommend improvements.
- Ensure accurate tracking and reporting through tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking systems.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance or digital marketing.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Excel/Sheets.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
