About Us Gifts4All is a growing e-commerce platform focused on Made in India gifts, toys, and lifestyle products. Our vision is to bring unique, high-quality products from Indian manufacturers and artisans to a wider audience.
We are looking for a Procurement Admin Intern who can actively source, onboard, and manage suppliers from Bangalore and nearby regions, ensuring smooth product catalog building and vendor coordination.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supplier Sourcing & Onboarding
Identify and reach out to suppliers, artisans, and small manufacturers in Bangalore and nearby areas.
Evaluate vendors for quality, pricing, and reliability.
Build strong supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.
Minimum 5 supplier onboarded each month.
2. Product Catalogue Management
Collect product details, images, and specifications from vendors.
Maintain and update supplier database and product catalogue.
Ensure products meet brand standards (quality, pricing, margins).
Coordination & Administration
Act as a bridge between suppliers and the e-commerce team.
Coordinate delivery timelines and logistics with vendors.
Negotiate margins, MOQs (minimum order quantities), and payment terms.
Finalize Supplier contracts and have it signed.
