E-Commerce Product Data Assistant

Location: Landrum, SC (On-site)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Pay: $19.00–$22.00 per hour (based on experience)

About the Role

The Farm House Tack is seeking a detail-oriented E-Commerce Product Data Assistant to support our online catalog and inventory accuracy. This is a structured office-based role focused on data entry, product setup, and administrative support within our e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain accurate product data including SKUs, descriptions, pricing, and inventory levels
• Maintain and audit product listings in our e-commerce system
• Perform routine clerical and administrative office tasks
• Resize, rename, and prepare product images (basic Photoshop skills)
• Assist with receiving by verifying shipments and entering received inventory
• Support inventory control for both online and in-store stock
• Audit listings to identify and correct missing or inaccurate product information
• Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams to resolve SKU or inventory discrepancies
• Follow established workflows and administrative procedures consistently

Qualifications

• Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable working in Microsoft Excel (sorting, formulas, data cleanup)
• Ability to perform clerical and administrative office duties efficiently
• Dependable, organized, and process-driven
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, inventory clerk, or data entry specialist is a plus
• Familiarity with Shopify, Thrive, or similar inventory systems is helpful but not required
