E-commerce Product & Operations Manager (Remote)

We are a German-based E-commerce company looking for an experienced professional to manage products end-to-end for global markets (EU, US, UK, AU).

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify winning products
• Coordinate product manufacturing and suppliers
• Manage branding, packaging, and positioning
• Launch and scale products internationally
• Take full ownership of product performance

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of E-commerce experience, preferably in EU markets
• Strong understanding of product research, manufacturing, and branding
• Self-managed, results-focused, and accountable
