Job Description:

Objective
We’re looking for an experienced E-commerce Product Owner who’s driven by both innovation and a genuine passion for fitness. In this role, you’ll lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our online commerce platform and mobile app helping athletes and fitness enthusiasts access the products that fuel their performance.
As the bridge between business goals and customer needs, you’ll translate insights into clear product requirements, manage the product backlog, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class digital shopping and workout experiences. Your work will directly impact how our community discovers, engages with, and purchases the gear that helps them train harder and perform better.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own and communicate the product vision and roadmap for the e-commerce platform
  • Gather and prioritize requirements from business stakeholders, customers, and data insights
  • Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items
  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to maximize business value
  • Act as the primary liaison between business, UX, engineering, marketing, and operations
  • Analyze site performance, conversion rates, and customer behavior to guide decisions
  • Ensure a seamless, scalable, and customer-centric online shopping experience
  • Manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs across initiatives
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve usability, performance, and revenue
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, preferably in e-commerce
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, checkout flows, payments, and integrations
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Ability to write clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with platforms such as Jira, Magento, and custom e-commerce solutions
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, A/B testing tools)
  • Knowledge of SEO, CRO, and digital marketing fundamentals
  • CSPO, PSPO, or similar certification
