E-commerce Product Specialist & Graphic Design Assistant

We are a growing service company working with international clients. Currently, we are hiring for one of our US-based e-commerce clients. The role combines product listing management with graphic design, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both technical accuracy and creativity.

Responsibilities

• Upload and manage product listings on Shopify, Whatnot, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Ensure product descriptions, pricing, and categories are accurate and up to date.
• Create visually appealing graphics for product images, banners, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with the client’s team to improve product presentation and marketing materials.
• Maintain consistency in branding across all visuals and listings.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Shopify, Whatnot, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple listings efficiently.
• Previous experience in product uploading and listing management on e-commerce websites.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
