E Commerce Representative

Responsibilities:

- Customer care and support

- Sales and online order fulfilment

- Managing customer complaints

- Daily order follow-up

- Manage and coordinate with marketing team

- Product shoot management

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of e-commerce, shopify platforms.

Intermediate or above.

3+ years of relevant experience preferred.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
