E-Commerce Returns, Refunds & Claims Assistant

About the Role

Savvy Ecom Solutions is currently seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented team member to join us in-person and handle returns, refunds, courier claims, and customer communication for our Amazon UK and Temu online stores.

This role is ideal for someone who understands marketplace operations, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in ensuring smooth, accurate workflows and happy customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and track all refunds, returns, and replacements on Amazon and Temu.
• Manage and submit Evri courier claims for lost or damaged parcels, ensuring proper follow-up.
• Communicate with customers via email and platform messages, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records and logs of refunds, claims, and parcel issues.
• Prepare weekly summary reports on refunds and claims for management.
• Collaborate with the e-commerce team to improve efficiency and maintain service quality.
• Support additional admin or operations tasks related to marketplace management as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months’ experience managing or supporting Amazon Private Label (PL) operations.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and/or Temu Seller Portal.
• Familiar with Evri claim procedures (or willing to learn quickly).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel – comfortable creating reports, tracking data, and organizing information.
• Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to work in-person during standard business hours with our team.

Nice to Have

• Experience in e-commerce customer service, logistics, or claims management.
• Understanding of UK consumer return/refund regulations.
• A proactive approach to work, with a focus on accuracy and accountability.

Hours & Pay

• Full-time, in-person position.
• Monday–Friday, standard business hours.
• Competitive salary based on experience.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
