E-commerce Sales Executive

Working Hours

• Saturday to Wednesday: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM (1-hour break)
• Thursday: 09:00 AM – 02:00 PM
• Friday: Off

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused E-commerce Sales Executive to manage online sales channels and customer interactions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries across digital platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram, ensuring smooth order processing, and delivering excellent customer service to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and respond promptly to customer inquiries عبر:
• WhatsApp
• Facebook
• Instagram
• Engage with customers professionally to understand their needs and convert inquiries into sales
• Process and manage website orders, including:
• Order confirmation
• Coordination with warehouse/logistics
• Ensuring timely order fulfillment
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Support marketing campaigns and promotions on social media platforms

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic sales and negotiation skills
• Customer service orientation with problem-solving ability
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple conversations simultaneously
• Familiarity with social media platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram)
• Basic knowledge of order processing and e-commerce workflows
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office:
• Excel
• Word
• Basic email communication skills

Basic Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce, sales, or customer service
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel and Word is a must)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a positive attitude

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: 180 – 200 (currency as applicable)
• Additional: Sales Commission based on performance
