E-Commerce & Sales Executive – Shopify

Job Overview

Anigma Technologies is looking for a motivated and tech-savvy E-Commerce & Sales Executive to manage our Shopify-based online store and support customers through phone and chat. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, hands-on experience with Shopify, and good knowledge of computer hardware components, gaming PCs, and gaming accessories.

The candidate will be responsible for website management, product listing updates, order coordination, and converting customer inquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Shopify e-commerce website.
• Upload, update, and optimize product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images.
• Monitor website inventory and coordinate stock updates.
• Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, live chat, and email.
• Assist customers in selecting gaming PCs, components, and accessories based on their requirements.
• Close sales by providing product recommendations and technical guidance.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery updates.
• Ensure website content, banners, and promotions are updated regularly.
• Monitor website performance and report issues related to products or listings.
• Support online marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Requirements

• Experience working with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
• Good knowledge of:
• Gaming PCs
• Computer hardware components
• Gaming accessories
• PC troubleshooting basics
• Strong communication and customer handling skills.
• Ability to manage customer conversations professionally on phone and chat.
• Basic understanding of online sales and e-commerce operations.
• Good English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage).
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in e-commerce sales.
• Knowledge of Amazon, Noon, or online marketplace management.
• Basic graphic editing or product content management skills.
• Passion for gaming and PC hardware industry.

Pay: AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
