Job Title: E-commerce Sales Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented E-commerce Sales Manager to drive and expand our online business across major regional and international platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing high-volume e-commerce operations, developing sales strategies, and building strong buyer relationships across marketplaces such as Amazon, Noon, Mumzworld, FirstCry ….etc.Candidates with proven experience in growing online sales and managing multi-country e-commerce operations will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- E-commerce Sales Management: Oversee and grow sales performance across key marketplaces, ensuring maximum visibility, profitability, and consistent monthly growth.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement data-driven sales plans, pricing models, and promotional campaigns to achieve revenue targets and improve conversion rates.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong and effective relationships with category managers, buyers, and key account stakeholders to enhance brand placement and ensure long-term collaborations.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor daily sales performance, analyze platform data, and apply insights to optimize sales and ROI.
- Business Development: Identify and develop new e-commerce opportunities in the GCC and international markets to expand online reach.
- Operational Coordination: Oversee the complete sales process—from order management to delivery—ensuring seamless coordination with operations and logistics teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure campaign readiness, product availability, and consistent brand presence.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present detailed sales reports with insights, challenges, and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 10–15 years of proven experience in e-commerce and sales management, preferably within consumer goods or baby products.
Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Amazon, Noon, Mumzworld, FirstCry seller systems, advertising modules, and marketplace analytics.
- Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving significant e-commerce sales growth and improving profitability in competitive product categories.
- International Exposure: Strong understanding of multi-country e-commerce operations and cross-border business models.
- Network: Established relationships with major online category managers and buyers in the GCC and/or international markets.

· Strong business acumen with a result-driven approach.
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
