We’re hiring fresh and motivated individuals for the role of eCommerce Sales Representative. No prior experience is required — full training will be provided!

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn how to manage product listings on online platforms like Daraz, Shopify, or Amazon
• Assist in handling customer inquiries via chat, WhatsApp, or email
• Help process and follow up on customer orders
• Support online promotional campaigns and sales strategies
• Coordinate with team members to manage stock and delivery
• Maintain excellent customer service and satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

• Freshers encouraged to apply – we provide full training
• Basic understanding of internet, social media, and online shopping
• Good communication skills in Urdu or English
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the eCommerce industry
• Responsible, punctual, and hardworking
• Familiarity with computers, MS Excel, or Google Sheets is a plus
