Job description:

Job Type: Full-time, on-site, Fort Lauderdale (no remote or hybrid) Glownar.com is seeking a Sales Team Supervisor to support and execute the sales vision set by the Head of Sales & Marketing. This role is responsible for daily management of the inside sales team, hands-on coaching, performance accountability, and consistent execution of established sales strategies.

This position is ideal for a Licensed Esthetician who has transitioned into sales leadership and thrives in a fast-paced eCommerce and call-center environment. While industry knowledge is essential, this is not a treatment-room role—it is a people-leadership and sales-execution position.

As Sales Team Supervisor, you will oversee a team of 6-8 Sales Representatives, ensuring daily prospect-nurturing activity, follow-up, personalization, and CRM discipline align with company expectations and revenue goals.

This role reports directly to the Head of Sales & Marketing and works in close partnership to implement sales processes, initiatives, and performance standards.

This is a full-time job, with the base+commission compensation model (up to $76,000-$100,000/year)

Key Responsibilities

Team Supervision & Daily Management

  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of the inside sales team, ensuring coverage, responsiveness, and adherence to sales protocols.
  • Serve as the first point of escalation for sales reps regarding leads, customer interactions, and workflow issues.
  • Ensure consistent execution of sales strategies, messaging, and processes established by the Head of Sales & Marketing.
  • Monitor daily activity, follow-ups, pipeline movement, and CRM hygiene in HubSpot.
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the e-commerce sales team, ensuring high performance and excellent customer service
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase online revenue, optimize product listings, and enhance user engagement
  • Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Lead training sessions for team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and platform updates
  • Manage customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and foster positive relationships with clients
  • Conduct regular team meetings to set goals, review performance, and motivate staff toward continuous improvement

Sales Coaching & Performance Support

  • Conduct regular 1:1 check-ins, team huddles, and coaching sessions to reinforce best practices, personalization, and consultative selling.
  • Support sales reps in improving call quality, objection handling, follow-up strategy, and closing effectiveness.
  • Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions, training refreshers, or process reinforcement.
  • Motivate and support the team to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • Provide feedback from the sales floor to leadership to improve scripts, templates, workflows, and customer experience.
  • Stay informed on product updates, promotions, and competitive positioning to ensure accurate team communication.

Reporting & Accountability

  • Track and report on KPIs, conversion rates, pipeline health, and rep activity.
  • Enforce sales discipline, accountability, and compliance with company standards.
  • Ensure all customer interactions and insights are properly logged in HubSpot.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Active Esthetician or Cosmetologist License (required)
  • Proven experience in inside sales, call center supervision, or sales team leadership
  • Strong people-management skills with a hands-on, coaching-oriented leadership style
  • Experience working in eCommerce environments (Shopify preferred)
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot strongly preferred)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable managing performance metrics and sales dashboards
  • Ability to execute strategy, reinforce process, and lead by example
  • Strong project management skills to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases effectively
  • Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide a team toward shared objectives
  • Effective communication skills for clear internal coordination and customer interactions
  • Negotiation expertise to secure favorable terms with partners or resolve customer concerns efficiently
  • Customer service orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional online shopping experiences
  • Proficiency in English; additional language skills are advantageous for broader market reach
