<Duties>
- Manage and optimize product listings across various e-commerce platforms using content management systems such as WordPress and other proprietary tools.
- Implement SEO strategies utilizing SEO tools and keyword research to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
- Develop compelling content including product descriptions, blog posts, email campaigns, and social media content to engage customers and drive sales.
- Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics and SEM tools such as Google Ads and Google AdWords to monitor performance metrics, analyze customer behavior, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Conduct conversion optimization by testing landing pages, call-to-action buttons, and checkout processes to maximize sales efficiency.
- Manage social media marketing campaigns on platforms like Facebook Advertising and other social channels to expand brand awareness and attract new customers.
- Design visually appealing graphics using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, or graphic design skills to enhance product images and promotional materials.
- Execute marketing automation strategies to nurture leads through email marketing campaigns, personalized offers, and targeted messaging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including graphic designers, developers (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and content creators to ensure a seamless online shopping experience.
- Perform regular website audits for technical SEO issues such as site speed, mobile responsiveness, HTML/CSS errors, or SQL database optimizations that impact performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends related to digital marketing, SEM strategies, B2B marketing approaches, and emerging e-commerce technologies to keep our strategies innovative.
<Qualifications>
- Proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing roles with a strong understanding of SEO tools, SEM campaigns (Google Ads/Google AdWords), and analytics platforms like Google Analytics.
- Proficiency in content creation including copywriting for product descriptions, blogs, emails, and social media posts.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress or similar content management systems; familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus.
- Skilled in using graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite for visual content development.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and email marketing platforms for campaign management.
- Strong understanding of conversion optimization techniques to improve website performance metrics.
- Experience with social media management tools including Facebook Advertising platform for targeted advertising campaigns.
- Ability to analyze data from various sources—SQL databases preferred—to inform strategic decisions.
