E-commerce Services Staff

Overview

Job Details:

Communicate with customers via email and phone to handle inquiries, provide support, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

Manage operational cases related to logistics, including shipment tracking, delivery issues, and service complaints.

Enter, update, and correct data in internal systems while preparing reports using Microsoft Excel.

Analyze customer data and monitor key performance indicators to support operational reporting and decision making.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and continuous process improvement.

Support sales activities by assisting with customer requests and maintaining strong client relationships.

Ensure customer satisfaction by responding quickly and handling concerns in a professional and solution oriented manner.

Identify service gaps and suggest practical improvements to enhance overall customer experience.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, case updates, and communication history for internal tracking.

Assist in preparing daily or weekly operational summaries when required.

Job Experience Requirements

Ability to manage tasks independently while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

Strong attention to detail with a responsible and careful working approach.

Proactive mindset with the ability to identify problems and suggest effective solutions.

Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast changing environment with flexibility.

Good command of English; additional languages will be considered an advantage.

Previous experience in customer service, logistics support, or data handling will be an advantage.
