Job Description
This paid internship focuses on e-commerce operations, website content management, and digital marketing. The ideal candidate is familiar with Shopify or similar platforms, (Amazon, Wayfair , …) enjoys product photography and editing, and is highly detail oriented. This position provides active involvement in building and enhancing our online marketplace.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain product listings on Shopify including titles, descriptions, pricing, and tags
• Photograph products and edit images to meet professional visual standards
• Upload, organize, and optimize media assets for the website
• Support basic SEO practices including keywords and alt text
• Assist with data entry and website organization
• Create and schedule content for social media platforms
• Participate in customer engagement through online channels
• Assist with marketing outreach, influencer communication, and promotional initiatives
• Provide support for inbound sales inquiries when needed

Qualifications

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify preferred
• Basic skills in image editing tools such as Canva or Adobe Photoshop
• Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for content creation, image editing, or product listing improvements is a plus

(Examples: ChatGPT, Canva Magic Studio, Photoshop Generative Fill)

• Strong written communication and attention to accuracy
• Comfortable handling photography with smartphone or camera equipment
• High level of organization and ability to follow through on tasks
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
• Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus
• Knowledge of SEO is a plus
• Strong communication skills
