E-Commerce / Shopify Store Specialist (A to Z)

We are looking for a highly skilled, versatile, and independent Shopify Store Specialist to manage and scale our e-commerce operations from A to Z. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of handling stores targeting the US, European, and local Pakistani marketplaces.

If you are a self-starter who understands everything from product hunting to running ads and managing customer queries, we want you on our team at our Saidpur Road branch.

Core Responsibilities

You will be solely responsible for the complete lifecycle of our Shopify stores, including:

• Product Hunting & Sourcing: Researching and identifying winning, high-profit products for US, EU, and local Pakistani audiences.
• Store Management & SEO: Setting up, optimizing, and maintaining the Shopify store. Executing SEO strategies (product titles, descriptions, and tags) to drive organic traffic.
• Marketing & Ad Posting: Launching, managing, and optimizing paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms (Meta/Facebook, TikTok, Google) to drive conversions.
• Creative Asset Design: Creating or sourcing engaging ad creatives, banners, and product images/videos that convert browsers into buyers.
• Customer Support: Managing order fulfillment, handling local Cash on Delivery (COD) verifications, and resolving customer queries via email, chat, or phone.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience specifically managing Shopify stores (Interviews will include a review of your live or past store metrics/dashboards).
• Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the US, EU, and Pakistan e-commerce landscapes (including local COD setups, logistics, and international shipping models).
• Technical Skills: Expert-level knowledge of Shopify apps, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and Google Analytics.
• Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in running paid ads with a profitable ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
• Communication & Copywriting: Strong English writing skills for international customer support and persuasive product descriptions.
• Punctuality: Ability to strictly commit to our on-site hours (11:00 AM to 08:00 PM, Mon-Fri).
