What You’ll Do

As an E-Commerce & Social Media Associate, you’ll help grow Polyfab’s online presence and ensure our products shine across digital platforms. Your role will include:

E-Commerce Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain product listings on our e-commerce platform
• Write and edit SEO-friendly product descriptions and titles
• Upload and organize product images, videos, and downloadable resources
• Monitor inventory levels and update product availability
• Assist with new product launches and online promotions
• Track and analyze site performance data to improve user experience

Social Media Responsibilities:

• Develop and schedule engaging posts for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
• Assist with content creation (photos, short videos, graphics)
• Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages
• Support campaigns that drive traffic to our e-commerce site

Who You Are

• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in Excel and learning new digital tools
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation
• Bonus: Experience with Shopify, BigCommerce, or similar platforms

Education:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field (or currently pursuing)

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
