E-commerce & Social Media Marketing Intern

Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic E-commerce & Social Media Marketing Intern to join our growing team. This is a 3-month internship that provides hands-on experience in managing online stores, digital marketing campaigns, and social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of e-commerce operations and digital marketing concepts, with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing product listings, inventory updates, and order processing on e-commerce platforms.
• Support social media content creation, scheduling, and posting across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Research market trends and competitor activities to optimize marketing strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports on engagement, reach, and conversions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative campaign ideas and promotions.

Requirements

• Minimum Intermediate/ICS or currently enrolled in Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, IT, or related field).
• Basic knowledge of E-commerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, WooCommerce, or Daraz preferred).
• Familiarity with Social Media Marketing tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva, or similar).
• Strong communication skills and a creative mindset.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and strategies.

Preferred Skills (Not mandatory, but a plus):

• Knowledge of SEO basics.
• Knowledge of paid advertising (, Meta Ads).
• Basic graphic designing skills.
