E-commerce Specialist

Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detailed oriented E-Commerce Specialist with experience in the Fashion Industry. The ideal candidate will want to work in a startup environment, wearing multiple hats but mainly have a strong background in digital marketing and e-commerce strategies, with a proven ability to drive online sales and enhance customer engagement. Must be able legal to work in the U.S.

Duties

• Build a strong sales and customer service team to handle all sales online and offline orders.
• Develop and implement strategies for e-commerce and email/text messages user experience.
• Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO tools to enhance website visibility and search rankings.
• Create compelling content for product descriptions, blog posts, and social media platforms to engage customers.
• Manage social media marketing campaigns across various channels including Facebook Advertising, Instagram, Tiktok and email marketing.
• Analyze website performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to inform decision-making.
• Optimize conversion rates through A/B testing, landing page optimization, and performance marketing strategies.
• Implement marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance customer communication.

Experience

• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, FG, Faire, apn, etc.) IT IS A MUST.
• Knowledge of Fashion terms and photoshoot coordination.
• Photo editing.
• Promoting and Branding on social media platforms.
• Ecomm & Trade show order processing, tracking, and fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in handling customer orders.
• Proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing roles.
