E-Commerce Specialist

We are looking for a motivated E-commerce Specialist to manage and grow our online business. The ideal candidate will handle our online store, product listings, digital marketing campaigns, customer service, and order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update the online store and product listings.
• Plan and execute digital ads across platforms.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
• Coordinate and manage order fulfillment.
• Support marketing campaigns via social media and email marketing.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in e-commerce and online marketing.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and email marketing.
• Bilingual (Arabic and English).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Salary: AED 4,000 – 5,000

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• إدارة وتحديث المتجر الإلكتروني وإدراج المنتجات.
• تنفيذ الحملات الإعلانية الرقمية عبر المنصات المختلفة.
• التعامل مع استفسارات العملاء وتقديم خدمة مميزة.
• تنسيق وإدارة عمليات الشحن والتوصيل.
• دعم الحملات التسويقية عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي والبريد الإلكتروني.

المتطلبات:

• خبرة سابقة في التجارة الإلكترونية والتسويق الإلكتروني.
• معرفة قوية بوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي والتسويق عبر البريد الإلكتروني.
• إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
• مهارات تنظيمية واتصال قوية.

الراتب: 4000 – 5000 درهم إماراتي
