Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online presence to drive sales and enhance customer engagement. You will utilize a variety of digital marketing tools and techniques to ensure our e-commerce platforms are performing at their best, while also collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and improve customer experience.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for SEO to enhance organic search visibility.
  • Manage social media marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook Advertising, to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Utilize Google Ads, Google AdWords, and SEM strategies to create targeted advertising campaigns that maximize ROI.
  • Analyze website performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
  • Create engaging content for product descriptions, email marketing campaigns, and social media posts that resonate with target audiences.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers using Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Photoshop to produce visually appealing marketing materials.
  • Maintain the e-commerce website using WordPress, ensuring all content is up-to-date and aligned with brand messaging.
  • Implement conversion optimization techniques to enhance user experience and increase sales funnel efficiency.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth in the e-commerce space.

Skills

  • Proficiency in SEO tools and techniques for effective keyword research and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of conversion optimization strategies to improve user engagement.
  • Experience with social media marketing, including Facebook Advertising and social media management.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts such as performance marketing, email marketing, and marketing automation.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and content management systems (CMS).
  • Ability to analyze data using Google Analytics for informed decision-making.
  • Creative skills in graphic design with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Excellent copywriting skills for creating compelling content that drives conversions.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
