Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and continuously optimize store performance indicators such as product visibility, inventory accuracy, delivery serviceability and checkout usability to ensure a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience.
- Collaborate with supply chain and warehouse teams to minimize out-of-stock issues and maintain high levels of item availability and order fulfilment accuracy.
- Manage and update food product listings, including high-quality images, engaging and SEO-optimized descriptions, nutritional information and pricing across e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure alignment of product content with brand guidelines and compliance with platform requirements.
- Liaise closely with the CRM and Customer Support teams to resolve escalations, address queries and implement proactive measures for improving customer satisfaction and retention.
- Track and analyse key e-commerce KPIs, including conversion rates, traffic sources, bounce rates, sales velocity, cart abandonment and customer lifetime value.
- Partner with Marketing, Digital Innovation, CRM and Operations teams to execute coordinated campaigns, promotions and strategic initiatives.
- Analyse sales data, customer buying patterns, category trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for product optimization, bundling, pricing strategy and channel growth.
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate, a degree in e-commerce, Marketing or Hotel Management is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in key account management, e-commerce operations or online merchandising—preferably within the FMCG, food & beverage or retail/e grocery industry.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
