Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales channels, enhancing user experience, and driving revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of SEO, content creation, and digital advertising platforms to maximize our e-commerce presence across various channels. Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize product listings across e-commerce platforms using Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress and other relevant tools.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies utilizing SEO tools, keyword research, and analytics to improve organic search rankings and visibility.
- Create compelling content including copywriting, graphic design, and multimedia assets using Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Photoshop, and other design tools.
- Conduct conversion optimization efforts by analyzing user behavior with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEM campaigns to enhance the customer journey and increase sales.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, Google Ads, and other social media marketing platforms to attract targeted traffic.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance through analytics tools, adjusting strategies to improve ROI and overall performance marketing metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on B2B marketing initiatives, content creation, social media management, and content management systems integration.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, SEM, SEO, and e-commerce best practices to ensure continuous improvement of our online presence.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on e-commerce platforms.
- Strong skills in SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, SEM campaigns, and social media management.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics, SQL queries for data analysis or website customization is preferred.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop), content creation, graphic design, copywriting, and content management systems like WordPress.
- Knowledge of conversion optimization techniques and performance marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and email marketing tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
