Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Specialist with Amazon expertise to manage and grow our online sales. The candidate must be familiar with Amazon Seller Central, listing optimization, and daily operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, update, and optimize product listings on Amazon (titles, images, SEO keywords, descriptions, pricing).
  • Manage Amazon Seller Central dashboard: orders, returns, cases, brand registry, FBA/FBM.
  • Monitor sales performance, ad campaigns, and inventory levels.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor listings.
  • Prepare reports on sales and performance.

Requirements:

  • Mandatory: Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central.
  • Minimum 1 year e-commerce experience.
  • Good English communication.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of Noon/Shopify is a plus.
