Position: E-Commerce Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Specialist to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in e-commerce platforms, product listing, campaign optimization, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, website, etc.)
• Optimize product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and keywords
• Monitor daily sales performance and order processing
• Handle product uploads, catalog accuracy, and category placements
• Coordinate with the marketing team on promotions, ads, and discount strategies
• Manage marketplace dashboards, reports, and analytics
• Ensure smooth customer experience and support order-related queries
• Track competitor pricing, trends, and marketplace update

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce portals and backend dashboards
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic analytical tools
• Good communication and coordination skills
