*** E-COMMERCE SPECIALIST ***

Hours: (100% On-Site) Monday-Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm

Status: Fulltime / Hourly / Non-Exempt

Job Summary:

The E-Commerce Specialist will play a key role in supporting the Account Manager, troubleshooting product listings, resolving account issues, and managing the e-commerce catalog. This position will also focus on customer service support, order fulfillment, and handling customer inquiries.

Ideal Candidate:

Has hands-on experience with Magento 2 Adobe Commerce and is eager to optimize store performance, improve visibility, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Magento 2 Adobe Commerce (required).
  • Prior experience in e-commerce operations, customer service, or account management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and e-commerce best practices.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the account manager with all aspects of daily e-commerce operations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product listing issues, account problems, and catalog discrepancies.
  • Handle order fulfillment and provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints, payment disputes, and fulfillment errors.
  • Design and create new store pages, content pages, and landing pages to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
  • Work closely with the marketing, logistics, and operations teams to optimize listings and improve e-commerce performance.
  • Monitor inventory, pricing, and promotions to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
  • Stay updated on e-commerce trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
