Role Purpose:
We are seeking strategic and hands-on E-Commerce Specialist to manage and grow our online presence in Turkiye. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our sales on key marketplaces (Trendyol, Hepsiburada, and Amazon TR) and our own web store. This role is perfect for an operational expert who thrives on detail, loves data, and possesses a deep understanding of the local Turkish e-commerce landscape. Their hands-on experience and market insights will be highly valued and will directly influence strategic decisions for the region. The specialist will report to the E-commerce Manager and collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to deliver a flawless brand experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. E-Commerce Operations & Strategy

Manage and optimize our Turkish e-commerce website and all marketplace accounts (Trendyol, Hepsiburada, Amazon TR Seller Central), ensuring a seamless user experience and premium brand consistency.

Oversee end-to-end product catalog management: create accurate and compelling product listings (content, imagery, pricing) and ensure they are consistently updated across all platforms.

Administer and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for our marketplace stores.

Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute digital campaigns (including email, SMS, and marketplace-specific promotions) to drive traffic and conversion.

Leverage basic SEO and SEM knowledge to enhance product visibility and organic reach on platforms and search engines.

Lead the operational setup and management of new digital channels (e.g., TikTok Shop Turkey) as they become relevant.
2. Customer Experience & Support

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via email and chat, ensuring timely, professional, and empathetic responses that reflect our brand values.

Manage the post-purchase process, including resolving issues related to returns, refunds, and damaged or lost shipments.

Analyze customer feedback and inquiries to identify trends and propose improvements to products, processes, or the overall customer experience (CX).

Continuously monitor and seek to enhance the end-to-end customer journey, from checkout to delivery, to minimize friction and maximize satisfaction.
3. Supply Chain & Logistics Coordination

Proactively monitor and update online inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking across all platforms.

Partner with Logistics and Warehouse teams to track stock transfers, returns, and ensure fulfillment KPIs are met.

Be the main point of contact for third-party logistics (3PL) and delivery partners in Turkiye.

Support wholesale orders and offline sales channels when occasionally required.
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting

Generate and analyze weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, conversion rates, return rates, and campaign ROI.

Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform-native dashboards) to identify trends, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.

Minimum 2+ years of hands-on e-commerce experience, specifically managing marketplace platforms.

Must-have proven experience with Trendyol Seller Center and/or Hepsiburada Panel.

Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making (Google Analytics, Excel/Power BI).

Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles (SEO, SEM, social media).
