We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven E-commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listings, website performance, online promotions, and sales growth across e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms (website, marketplaces, etc.)
- Optimize product descriptions, images, pricing, and categories to improve conversion rates
- Monitor website performance, sales metrics, traffic, and customer behavior
- Plan and execute online promotions, discounts, and campaigns
- Coordinate with marketing, design, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations
- Manage inventory accuracy and product availability online
- Handle basic SEO and content optimization for product pages
- Analyze data and prepare regular performance reports
- Ensure excellent customer experience by monitoring reviews, feedback, and returns
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field (preferred)
- 1 years of experience in e-commerce or online sales
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Amazon, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and online advertising
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Skills (Optional)
- Experience with Google Analytics or similar tools
- Knowledge of paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Understanding of UX/UI basics
- Experience in inventory or order management systems
