E-commerce Specialist (TikTok Shop, Amazon, Shopify)

Job Summary

IPBY is a fast-growing e-commerce brand in the K-beauty and K-pop space. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented E-commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our online sales channels, including TikTok Shop, Amazon Seller Central, and Shopify.

This role is hands-on and operational, focused on product uploads, listing optimization, inventory accuracy, troubleshooting, and daily platform management. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and has strong experience with e-commerce platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across TikTok Shop, Amazon Seller Central, and Shopify
• Upload products and optimize listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing)
• Maintain accurate inventory and resolve syncing or platform issues
• Monitor orders, troubleshoot issues, and support fulfillment workflows
• Coordinate with internal teams on promotions and product launches
• Apply basic SEO best practices to product listings
• Review performance metrics and assist with optimization efforts
• Stay current on e-commerce platform updates and best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and/or TikTok Shop
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Comfortable troubleshooting independently
• Strong written communication skills
• Familiarity with inventory management and product data accuracy
• Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment preferred

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Experience with paid ads (TikTok, Meta, Google)
• SEO or analytics experience
• Background in beauty, fashion, or K-pop brands

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: Up to $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 35 per week
