E-Commerce Specialist

We're searching for an E-commerce executive that can help clients expand their e-commerce businesses on platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Onbuy, and Shopify. He or she must be able to perform effectively at the initial training session, be a quick learner, and be aware of their position and responsibilities.

An initial training session will be provided to familiarize them with the platform and working style.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handling Amazon, eBay and other e-commerce Seller Accounts.
• Create Various Product Listing & Listing Optimizing.
• Analyses Keywords & Handling SEO Content management.
• Product Image Processing.
• Manage Order & Pricing for all orders.
• Manage all the Return & Refund orders.
• A+ Content Creation.
• Manage PPC campaigns & Promotion.
• Handling Customer message support.
• Handling Account Health of the Respective Clients.
• Product and Competitor Research.
• Understanding the Clients Work Needs.

Operational Requirements:

• The Candidate should have good knowledge about excel and word.
• Amazon seller central knowledge is a plus.
• The candidate should have ability to work under pressure.
• Should stay positive in difficult positions.
• The candidate should be a graduate in any specialization.
• Candidate must be a graduate and should be comfortable working in UK time shift.
• Candidate should have good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent Written & Oral Communication & Presentation Skills.
• Proactively chooses to learn and utilize new skills.
• Energetic, enthusiastic & Confident individual.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
